WEDDINGS & HONEYMOON - TERMS & CONDITIONS

To qualify for free honeymoon nights couples must book and hold a wedding (includes commitment ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, etc.) at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort in the U.S., Canada, Cancun or Aruba by June 30, 2011.

The number of free room nights earned will be based on the total final Master Bill (pre-tax, surcharges, gratuities, labor, hotel fees (i.e.: daily resort fee), third-party contractors and other incidental charges not stated in sales contract).

Only Qualifying Charges applied to the master bill will count towards the minimum spend to qualify for the free honeymoon nights.

Qualifying Charges include eligible guestroom charges (guestrooms not charged to the Master Bill do not qualify), food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and wedding event facility rental charges associated with the event.

Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops, spa or third-party charges by contractors (i.e.: florists, equipment rental, in house A/V company, event/venue decorators, high speed internet, clergy, entertainment etc) that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final Master Bill are not included in calculation for the minimum spend.

Qualifying Charges do not include surcharges, gratuities, labor and hotel fees, third party vendor charges and taxes.

Couples may receive up to five (5) nights based on the Qualifying Charges to the Master Bill:

    * $10,000 Master Bill Total = 2 night stay
    * $20,000 Master Bill Total = 3 night stay
    * $30,000 Master Bill Total = 4 night stay
    * $40,000 Master Bill Total = 5 night stay

Free room nights are valid at any participating Hyatt Resorts in the United States, Cancun and Aruba.

Hyatt Place, Hyatt Summerfield Suites, Park Hyatt (except Park Hyatt Beaver Creek) and Andaz are excluded from this promotion.

Valid for weddings booked and held between January 10, 2010 and June 30, 2011.

Honeymoon couples will have until July 31, 2011, to redeem their free nights at a participating Hyatt resort.

Honeymoon must be booked within 30 days of wedding contract being signed to take advantage of free honeymoon offer.

Free nights will only be issued for qualifying wedding or commitment ceremony that actualize.

Offer must be requested at time of inquiry and subject to availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking.

Offer is not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held weddings or events and may not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions. Qualifying planners who are Hyatt Gold Passport members may also be eligible for a Hyatt Planner Rewards program bonus points.

Honeymoon reservations will be made using a special 800 number provided by the hotel event planner once the event contract has been signed.

Couple will be asked to provide a credit card at time of reservation to guarantee room reservation.

Free night reservations are valid for standard room types and based on availability.

Couple is responsible for all incidental charges and charges for additional nights over and above the free nights earned.
